    Personal Assistant

    Location: Lekki

    Job Responsibilities

    • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
    • Managing calendar, organising meetings and appointments.
    • Follow up on tasks, emails and calls
    • Social Media Management
    • Organising events and conferences
    • Reminding the Business director/ Lead Stylist  of important tasks and deadlines
    • Typing, compiling and preparing reports
    • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
    • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

    Skills and Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
    • 2 years experience in a related job role.
    • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
    • Excelent interpersonal skills

    Salary

    N70, 000- N90,000
