Personal Assistant(Male) at Willers Solutions

Our client, a reputable firm in the EDUCATION SEECTOR is looking to fill the role of a PERSONAL ASSISTANT (MALE).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the point of contact between the director and other internal and external stakeholders, including staff, parents, and students
• Manage and maintain the director's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails, responding as necessary.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
• Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as running errands, booking personal appointments, and managing office tasks.
• Manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
• Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects or presentations
• Organize and plan events, including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Other administrative duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's in education degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal assistant (preferably in a school environment).
• MUST have a valid driver's license and with driving skills.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• English proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.
