Personal Assistant at LD&D Consulting

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director by providing personalized secretarial and administrative services.
• The successful candidate will handle various tasks related to the manager's daily work and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the manager and internal/external clients.
• Screen, direct phone calls, and manage correspondence.
• Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for the manager.
• Organize and maintain an efficient office filing system.

Experiences and Competencies Required:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent English skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with modern office gadgets and applications.
• Bachelor's or HND qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proximity to the location is a key factor.
