Personal Assistant at Howbury School Lagos

Howbury School is a family oriented Tech driven Nursery, Primary and Secondary School located in a serene environment in Mende, Maryland, Lagos.

Due to steady growth, the services of an experienced, Tech Savvy Personal Assistant to the School Manager is urgently required.

Duties:

• Efficient management of the School Manager's diary, organizing meetings and appointments
• Acting as Liaison between the School Manager and staff members
• Providing administrative/technical support to the School Manager
• Preparing reports and other correspondences
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Other miscellaneous tasks to support the School Manager

• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
• Ability to use a wide variety of Tech tools
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to be proactive and take initiative
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn

Education/Experience:

• Degree qualified
• At least two years post graduation work experience in similar field.
