We are looking to hire a Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our CM.
Personal Assistant’s responsibilities include providing administrative support, organizing meetings/projects, managing calendars, travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the leadership team.
About you
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Discretion and confidentiality are key.
Agility is a core value you must have.
You must have a degree, with excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
You also need to be very conversant with Microsoft Office suite.
