    Personal Assistant

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant.
    • The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the employer, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
    • The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, and assisting with various tasks as needed.

    Responsibilities
    Administrative Support:

    • Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments.
    • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events.
    • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute materials as necessary.
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding on behalf of the employer when appropriate.
    • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
    • Assist with document preparation, including drafting emails, letters, reports, and presentations.

    Travel Arrangements:

    • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
    • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements are in place.
    • Handle visa applications, travel insurance, and other related tasks.

    Personal Assistance:

    • Coordinate appointments with personal service providers such as doctors, hairstylists, etc.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy at all times.

    Communication Management:

    • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
    • Draft and edit correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
    • Maintain contact lists and databases, updating information as necessary.

    Ad hoc Tasks:

    • Handle miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by the employer.
    • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Provide support during busy periods or special projects.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees in any field with 3 - 8 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience as a personal assistant to CEO/MD
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
    • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
    • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
    • Must be within the ages of 24 - 33 years
    • Only candidate who earns less than 120,000 presently should not apply.
