    Performance Marketing Specialist

    About the job

    • BetKing is seeking a data-driven, creatively sharp Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our paid digital acquisition efforts across both mobile web and app. You will manage cross-platform campaigns with full-funnel responsibility—optimizing traffic, conversions, and new customer acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, X (Twitter), Programmatic DSPs, and more.
    • This is a mid-level role ideal for someone who's both strategic and hands-on, with solid experience executing and scaling digital campaigns in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition for campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, Twitter/X, Local Publishers, Programmatic DSPs and OEM channels)
    • Grow new users through Web and App (Android/iOS) funnels using measurement tools like GA4, Firebase, and Adjust
    • Own campaign lifecycle: audience setup, tracking, creative briefing, A/B testing, bidding, optimization
    • Build and maintain UTM structures, custom tracking links, and ensure proper conversion pixel setups using tools such as Google Tag Manager
    • Deliver and monitor growth-based performance across Installs, Signups, Deposits and Bets as well as value-based performance - CAC, ROAS
    • Lead budget pacing, campaign reporting, and insights generation with support from data and analytics teams
    • Collaborate with Creative, SEO, Product and regional teams to align acquisition with growth goals
    • Identifying key calendar moments, campaigns, conversations, and channels aligned with wider marketing team objectives to make an impact on business growth
    • Conduct competitor analysis audits to understand how we differentiate our acquisition strategy to stand out
    • Build short and long-term plans for customer growth, and how we evolve our execution with new technologies and platforms in the market

    Skill Requirements

    • Mastery of Campaign setup and management on Meta (Web, App, Lead Gen), Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, UAC) and Programmatic Channels
    • Proficiency in Marketing Analytics using Adjust / Firebase / GA4 / Looker Studio, PowerBI, MS Excel
    • Advanced knowledge of conversion tracking via MMPs, post back integration, S2S, API and GTM pixels
    • Experience managing large advertising budgets and optimizing toward performance KPIs
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 4+ years' experience in digital performance marketing (with multi-channel exposure)
    • Proven success in user acquisition at scale
    • Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance funnel metrics
    • Proven record of collaborating with developers, data analysts, and creative designers
    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Previous work experience in betting, gaming or fintech is a plus
