As a People Operations Associate, you will be an integral part of the People Operations team by providing operational support and executing people-related programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to enhancing the employee experience.

Job description

• Champion an organizational culture that is inclusive and diverse to create a workplace where employees are valued and respected
• Taking end-to-end accountability of HR administrative processes
• Actively participating in the recruitment and retention of employees to ensure the organization has the talent it needs to thrive
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle to include onboarding, training, and offboarding
• Generate HR reports and metrics, analyzing data to identify trends
• Support initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, engagement, and team-building activities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a proven technical recruiter.
• High-growth start-up/FinTech experience is highly desirable
• People management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with HRIS
