As a People Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic People initiatives.
Working collaboratively with members of the People & Culture team, you will be at the forefront of driving people operations, process / experience initiatives within the firm.
Additionally, you will be responsible for engagement activities, including utilizing people data to improve overall employee experience.
You must be knowledgeable about HRMS tools, Google Workspace, and be able to work collaboratively with others to drive employee productivity.
You will report to the Head, People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for People-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to employees.
Assist in the collection and analysis of HR data, utilizing various tools and techniques under supervision.
Support recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Handle People-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Identify trends and patterns within People data, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
Support the development and maintenance of reporting tools for People metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the enhancement of processes and systems.
Contribute to the development and improvement of policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Stay informed about trends and best practices to inform data analysis strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Law, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience as a HR Generalist or related field
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn presentation skills.
Exposure to data analysis software (SQL, Excel).
Ability to work collaboratively and a strong willingness to learn.
