    Payroll Coordinator Support

    Job Purpose

    • Support the Payroll and Shared Services team across a range of strategic and administrative activities to improve people processes and enhance the overall employee experience.

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Coordinator Support professional to join our Payroll and Shared Services team. This role is central to ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time, while supporting the broader benefits, compensation, and HR administrative functions that shape a positive employee experience.

    Key Accountabilities

    Payroll Support & Administration

    • Provide administrative support for monthly payroll processing, including collating payroll inputs and validating employee data.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll-related changes, including new hires, promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, allowances, deductions, and exits.
    • Support payroll reconciliations and assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and employee enquiries.
    • Maintain payroll records and documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
    • Liaise with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure payroll activities are completed accurately and within established timelines.

    Benefits Administration & Compensation Data Management

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefits and compensation records across HR systems.
    • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pension, life assurance, leave benefits, and other employee welfare initiatives.
    • Process employee enrolments, updates, exits, and changes relating to benefit plans within agreed timelines.
    • Conduct regular data validation exercises to ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation and benefits information.

    General Administrative Support

    • Maintain accurate records of contracts, vendor documentation, and payment approvals.
    • Review, prepare, and coordinate the issuance of employee-related correspondence, including employment letters, confirmation letters, reference letters, and other HR documentation.
    • Provide administrative support for HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR processes.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding activities from an employee services perspective.
    • Manage and track employee service requests and enquiries through to closure within agreed service level timelines.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Payroll Administration, Employee Benefits, HR Operations, Shared Services, or a related HR support function.
    • Proven experience supporting payroll processing and employee benefits administration within a structured corporate environment.
    • Working knowledge of HR Information Systems (SAP), payroll platforms, and employee data management processes.
