Payable Officer

Job Description
- Management of Admin/HR and other general expense requests.
- Petty Cash administration
- Uploading payments on bank platforms and generate pay advice.
- Rent and utilities payment management.
- Filling and remittance of statutory dues (VAT, WHT, Pension and PAYE)
- Compilation of necessary Schedules for Audits purposes
- Posting of all payments on ERP
- Managing all travels and other staff benefits requests
- Liaising with bankers and other business partners on issues that affect operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven cognate experience
- Strong knowledge of treasury accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
