Job Description

• Carry out the daily operational activities relating to assigned locations.
• Implement security measures to protect client’s asset.
• Ensuring that all guards are assigned to beat and they understand their duties and responsibilities.
• Ensuring that guards remain in their assigned beats.
• Ensure that all applicable operational instructions, procedures and policies that affect performance of duty are adhered to.
• Maintain and ensure strict discipline throughout the guard force.
• Prepare standard operations procedure for all beats.
• Prepare weekly activity report for the Operations Manager.
• Manage crises that may arise within my locations.
• Carry out constant visitation of clients towards improving business relationship and turning such visits to friendship.
• Ensure clients request on posting/removal of operatives are promptly attended to.
• Ensure that client security needs are met.
• Responsible for distribution of invoices/credit control assignment of your area of coverage.
• Perform any other task(s) that may be assigned my Operations Manager or the Managing Director.

Requirements  

• Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 2 year work experience.
