Job Description

• Conducted parking lots patrol, access control, customer services, and other safety and security duties as assigned.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision and providing customer service to the client and community I patrol.
• patrol properties, train new officers, basic computer use, customer service, property management.
• Served as the initial contact for incoming visitors and inbound telephone customers, providing customer service and verifying security credentials.
• Provided excellent customer service as a security officer in both a Data Center environment and a Residential community.
• Dispatch guard force to address security system alarms and facility emergencies Initiate Security Matrix communication as required by facility emergencies.
• Reduced suspicious activity at properties with recent reports of vandalism and thief by increasing frequency of patrols and communication with supervisors.
• Ensured safety as a cohesive security unit by maintaining a clear communication with central control and responding to any emergencies.
