JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods to meet the diverse needs of our corporate clientele.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement innovative pastry menus that align with current food trends and preferences.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all pastry products through strict adherence to recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing cost efficiency.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on pastry preparation techniques, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and techniques to continually enhance the pastry offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
• Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
