Job Description

• We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef with a specialization in English Desserts and ability to create high-quality, delicious desserts.
• You should be passionate about baking and be inspired to create masterpieces that go beyond our customers’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Crafting delicious desserts and confectionery (e.g., scones, crumbles, pies, puddings, and other classic treats); ensure all desserts are prepared according to specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency; assist in managing pastry kitchen operations and; monitor the quality and presentation of all desserts.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma (a Culinary Arts Certificate is an added advantage).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Food safety certification and other relevant culinary certifications.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Information:

• We are looking for high flyers with a proactive and results-oriented approach together with a strong work ethic.
• They must be self-motivated and disciplined and be able to work with little or no supervision.

Salary

• N200,000 - N270,000 per month (plus target allowance).
