Job Description

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods following standardized recipes.
• Decorate and present pastries and desserts in an attractive and creative manner.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve perfect textures and flavors.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Develop new pastry recipes or variations based on seasonal ingredients or customer preferences.
• Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and availability.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate production and meet service timelines.

• Must reside within the axis of Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos state.
