Partnerships and Relationship Manager at Kimberly Ryan

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with government institutions, diplomats, and policy stakeholders to expand public-sector partnerships and policy advocacy; position the Award as a trusted partner for youth development and education initiatives.
• Build, manage, and grow high-value relationships with lead donors and corporate partners to secure seven- and eight-figure support; develop tailored partnership proposals, sponsorship decks, and engagement frameworks; steward existing supporters and reactivate lapsed donors/partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Public Policy Development Studies, Communications) or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree or professional certification desirable.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ progressive experience in fundraising/partnerships, corporate affairs, donor relations, or public-sector engagement within nonprofits, international development, or CSR
• Proven track record securing multi-million-naira gifts/sponsorships and managing complex, multistakeholder partnerships.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Raisers Edge) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Comfort with basic analytics/visualisation tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets; BI dashboards).
