Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and events.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with sales goals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and company products/services.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within relevant industries.
Skills:
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
