Partner Manager – OEM at Infytel Communications

Job Summary

• The Partner Manager – OEM will be responsible for managing relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), technology vendors, and enterprise solution providers. The role focuses on developing strategic technology partnerships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, technology vendors, and solution partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner accounts.
• Drive partner-led revenue growth and business development opportunities.
• Identify and onboard new OEM and technology partners.
• Coordinate vendor enablement programs, certifications, and solution alignment activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Technical teams to support business growth.
• Monitor partner performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Prepare partnership performance reports and market intelligence updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in partnership management, channel sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience working with OEMs, technology vendors, or enterprise solution providers.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting abilities.
