    Partner Channel Lead

    Job Description

    • Recruit and manage a portfolio of partners and develop strategic account plans to drive revenue
    • Forecast and report on key business metrics to demonstrate partner impact and drive consistent growth of partner-attributed revenue
    • Own sales enablement, connecting partners’ solutions to sales
    • Collaborate with partners on go-to-market material, marketing, thought leadership and education to drive revenue
    • Develop new operational models and tools to scale awareness for the partner ecosystem both internally and directly with customers
    • Work with partners to brainstorm creative ideas and packages that align with company priorities and utilize partner insights
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales operations, marketing, product and business development teams to integrate partner solutions and inform areas of partner growth
    • Provide ongoing training to partners about new and existing Ntisa Solutions to enable growth and innovation
    • Develop and scale case studies to surface the unique value proposition of the Ntisa partner program
    • Audit existing partners and evaluate prospective partners as needed
    • Use analytical skills to analyse Key Performance Indicators to determine the health of a channel partner relationship.


    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years experience.
