This role ensures top-tier painting quality by accurately following technical data sheets and SOPs, expertly operating painting equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. 

Job Details

• Adhere strictly to paint manufacturer specifications and SOPs for mixing and application.  
• Prepare surfaces (sanding, filling, cleaning) to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality.  
• Operate spray guns and painting machines effectively to apply consistent, defect-free coatings.  
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following health and safety protocols at all times.  
• Perform visual quality checks and make touch-ups as needed to meet standards.  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Chemical Engineering or a related field (preferred but not always required). 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in paint application, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry. 
• Proficient in using spray painting equipment and familiar with color matching.  
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and ability to follow SOPs. 
• Able to log time and activity via systems like GSS; reliable in recording work accurately.
