The Outsource Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria. This role is responsible for managing outsourcing activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and cost optimization across relevant service areas. The Outsource Manager will coordinate with procurement, finance, and operational teams to ensure outsourced services align with business objectives, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing service performance data, identifying process improvements, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong relationships with external partners. The role also involves preparing reports for management, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting strategic decisions related to outsourcing models and resource allocation.
Qualifications
Strong outsourcing management capabilities, including Outsourcing Management and Outsourcing skills for overseeing vendors and service providers.
Solid Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, costs, and risks, and to support data-driven decision-making.
Experience in Procurement for vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
Foundational knowledge of Finance to understand budgeting, cost control, and financial impact of outsourcing agreements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in vendor or outsource management, ideally within technology, telecoms, or related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multicultural teams.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on service quality and compliance.
Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools; familiarity with contract and vendor management systems is an advantage.
