Orthopedic Medical Sales Representative at JNO Integrated Services

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling orthopedic implants, instruments, and medical devices to healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers.
• You will build strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, procurement officers, and hospital administrators while providing product demonstrations and support during surgical procedures.

Job Description

• Promote and sell orthopedic products to healthcare professionals in Lagos and surrounding areas
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including surgeons, doctors, and hospital procurement teams
• Conduct product presentations, in-theater support, and clinical training for end users
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and market share goals
• Provide timely market intelligence and customer feedback to management
• Ensure effective territory coverage and manage product inventory efficiently
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, competitor activity, and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields
• 4+ years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales (orthopedic sales experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Lagos
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and attend surgeries as needed
• Valid driver’s license.
