• We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite ERP Functional Support to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution of Oracle NetSuite ERP-related issues.

Technical Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle NetSuite ERP, including data integration, workflows, and customizations.
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders on Oracle NetSuite ERP best practices, configuration, and customization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, implementation, and development, to ensure seamless resolution of technical issues.
• Configure Oracle NetSuite to meet the organization's specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional experts to ensure accurate data migration and system integration.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to end-users.
• Experience with data migration and integration tools.

Knowledge Management and Documentation

• Maintain and update the knowledge base with technical solutions, workarounds, and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and troubleshooting guides.

Communication and Customer Service

• Communicate with users, partners, and internal stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Provide excellent user service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.

Professional Development

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle NetSuite ERP releases, features, and best practices.
• Participate in training and certification programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in technical support, consulting, or implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong technical skills in Oracle NetSuite ERP, including data integration, workflows, and customizations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Oracle NetSuite ERP certification (e.g., NetSuite Certified Administrator) or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP systems, such as Oracle ERP Cloud or SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
