Optometrist at Cathem Eye Hospital

Job Description:

• We are seeking a qualified Optometrist Doctor to join our outreach team for an eye screen event.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting eye exams, prescribing glasses or medication as needed, and providing exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Optometry (OD)
• Registered with the Nigerian Optometry Association (NOA)
• Valid practicing license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must bring your own Ophthalmoscope

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams
• Prescribe glasses or medication as needed
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Remuneration:

• ₦10,000 per session
