This role is specifically to efficiently and effectively drive performance in all the operational departments of the organization to actualize premium delivery of service/product.
The supervisor will actively build a strong relationship with third parties in the industry.
The candidate will primarily provide executive support to management in all decision-making about the business.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the operational day-to-day activities of the clinic.
Process international and national pet travel.
Manage the veterinary technician department optimally.
Ensure compliance and efficiency of all processes and procedures.
Analyse and report operational needs and client requirements to stakeholders promptly.
Demonstrate a strong business ethic when dealing with employees, suppliers, and customers.
Analyse departmental performance and initiate, implement, and monitor ways to increase productivity.
Handle inquiries and complaints which are escalated from the departments and present options to solve issues of concern.
Provide advice and assistance to the Executive Director in planning, implementing, evaluating, and modifying existing operations, systems, and organizational procedures.
Implementing remedial action where necessary and informing the reporting line of any significant change required internally and externally.
Manage the veterinary technician department optimally.
Oversee the maintenance of a clean and safe environment.
Job Requirements
B.Sc in Business Administration or any related field.
3 - 4 years’ experience as an operations supervisor or related position.
Analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
Effective leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
