Operations Specialist (Local) at International Energy Services Limited (IESL)

Job Description

• Serves as the operations team’s technical expert.
• Analyzes system performance, troubleshoots equipment issues, supports continuous improvement, and ensures safe and compliant daily operations.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Education: BEng / B.Sc. in a related Engineering field from an accredited university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 –15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry.

• Strong understanding of oil & gas industry
• Leadership and team-building skills with a focus on mentorship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Willingness to travel to site locations and project offices as required.
• Carries out readiness checks, performs equipment walk-downs, confirms permit compliance, and addresses identified gaps before operational handover.
