Responsibilities and Duties
Lead Operation tasks in accordance with the product objective (including but not limited to user communities and product-centered operations)
Develop and execute content plans for new product updates and manage to deliver content to users to drive awareness
Explore innovative operational ideas through data analysis and user research techniques, applied to operational activities and content management;
Explore potential product optimization plans according to the relevant data obtained
Promote the growth of User Retention and DAUon the product.
Manage and Effectively lead online events, and seek out creative ways to make these events as engaging as possible.
Communicate with users on a regular basis to understand their gaming needs and preferences.
Maintain an in-depth level of familiarity and knowledge of our gaming products on AHA Games.
Test and recommend games from time to time to ensure a high-quality game gallery is maintained
Create content plans for social media, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Experience in operation management and content creation is a plus.
Excellent Copy-writing/editing skills.
Detail Oriented and excellent data analysis skills
Exceptional communication skills, familiarity with the gaming industry.
Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.
Demonstrate an ability to deliver under tight timing constraints
Experience in creating visual designs, (photography, and video) is a Plus (But Not Required)
