• Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the fashion house's standards and customer expectations.
• Supplier and Vendor Coordination: Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to source materials, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong relationships to ensure a steady supply chain.
• Team Management: Leading and supervised production teams, including pattern makers, cutters, sewers, and other staff, to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
• Cost Management: Monitoring production costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses without compromising quality.
• Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, ensuring stock availability, and minimizing excess inventory through effective forecasting and planning.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and ethical practices throughout the production process.
