Role Summary

• Ensure smooth studio operations, efficient workflows, and premium client experiences.
• The role supports the full process from client inquiry to final delivery by maintaining structure, enforcing standards, and coordinating the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio setup, organization, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate the full client workflow: inquiry → booking → session → delivery.
• Ensure session readiness (lighting, sets, props, ambience).
• Manage calendars, schedules, and team coordination.
• Enforce SOPs, workflow standards, and studio hygiene.
• Track deliverables and support on-time gallery/print delivery.
• Maintain documentation, inventory logs, and operational reports.
• Assist with logistics for shoots, events, and special projects.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Notion, Trello/Asana).
• Warm, professional, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Experience in operations, coordination, or structured environments is an advantage.

Salary
N175,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
