    Operations Officer

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking an Operations Officer to ensure day-to-day business activities run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
    • The ideal candidate will oversee internal workflows, manage resources, and implement strategies to boost company productivity, thereby eliminating operational bottlenecks, reduce waste, and bridge communication gaps across different departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process Optimization: Evaluate existing company workflows to identify inefficiencies and design streamlined standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Resource Management: Monitor the allocation of company assets, office supplies, and inventory to minimize operational waste.
    • Vendor Management: Act as the primary contact for third-party vendors, negotiating service contracts and evaluating supplier performance.
    • Compliance Control: Ensure all company operations strictly adhere to local industry regulations and workplace safety standards.
    • Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate clear communication channels between sales, finance, and product teams to keep projects on schedule.
    • Data Reporting: Track operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile weekly reports for senior leadership review.
    • Crisis Resolution: Troubleshoot sudden logistics, facility, or administrative issues promptly to prevent business disruption.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of operational experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
    • Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of resolving complex workflow challenges.
    • Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing vendor relations and internal teams.
    • High proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello) and office suites (Excel/Google Sheets).
    • Highly detail-oriented, adaptable to rapid organizational changes, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
