Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team in the oil and gas sector. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and optimizing processes for efficiency and safety. 
• This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of operational best practices in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and industry regulations.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare and submit operational reports to the Head of Operations, providing insights and recommendations.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of operational activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations within the oil and gas sector.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations, HSE policies, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems and operational data analysis.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics in the oil and gas industry.
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively.
