Job Summary

• The Operations Officer will be responsible for the daily running of a fresh juice business by ensuring efficient production, smooth customer service, accurate sales tracking, and effective coordination of routine operational activities.
• The role focuses on maintaining product quality, operational organization, and customer satisfaction while supporting basic financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Produce fresh juices while maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards.
• Handle fruit preparation, packaging, labeling, and product readiness for sale or delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of production and packaging materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and operational readiness of the workspace.
• Manage daily business coordination and ensure smooth workflow.
• Attend to customers, process orders, and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Assist with product supply and delivery when required.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and transaction documentation.
• Support basic account reconciliation and operational reporting.

Requirements

• OND qualifications in any related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in food production, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic numerical and record-keeping ability.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Proximity to Lekki axis is strongly preferred.
