Job Responsibilities

• Focuses on Guards Needs.
• Understands and responds to their needs and also meet their expectations within the organisational parameters.
• Solves Problems: Assesses problem situations to identify causes, gathers and processes relevant information, generates possible solutions, and makes recommendations and/or resolves the problem.
• Gathers and processes relevant information and generates possible solutions.
• Makes recommendations and or resolves the problem.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma from an accredited college or university with a major in a relevant field
• Ability to plan, organize and manage the activities of a team
• Ability to present data clearly and highlight its potential for decision making
• Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communication skills
• Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work calmly under pressure
• Focuses on Guards Needs understands and responds to their needs and also meet the expectations within the organisational parameters.
• Please candidates must reside within Lagos.
