Operations Officer

About the Role
- You will build operational systems that allow Metaclinic to scale safely.
- You will ensure clinicians, patients, and systems work seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Manage clinician onboarding and scheduling
- Oversee patient callback workflows
- Improve operational efficiency
- Build SOPs
- Coordinate support teams
- Monitor service delivery
- Solve operational bottlenecks
- Track response times
- Improve service reliability
Requirements
Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 3 years in operations, healthcare operations, startup operations, logistics, customer operations, or process management. Startup experience is highly desirable.

- Attention to detail
- Systems thinking
