Job description

We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day to day operations of the outlets
• Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant

• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
• Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience as Operations Manager in retail, restaurant or related field.
• Bs.c/HND in business administration, project management or related field
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principle
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills

Salary: ₦150,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month
