Operations Manager at Smollan

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager in Lagos Nigeria to effectively manage and optimise the operations and co-ordination of services provided to client on a national basis by ensuring each project delivers results that meet with organisational and client objectives.

As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

• Effective formulation, planning and implementation
• Sales achievement programs
• Asset controls and distribution activities
• Growing & ensuring high level of visibility, numeric distribution, market share and sales volumes of client products range through efficient management of operations

What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• 6 years Business experience (in Project Management, client and staff interaction, and organizational experience at management level)
• Post / Undergraduate Degree in Business or operations management or in any field Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
