Operations Manager

We are hiring for an educational technology company

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise the onboarding of schools on SchoolTry.
- Coordinate the Support Executives in designated regions.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new Support Executives.
- Create processes for onboarding for Support Executives and Schools.
- Suggest improvements to existing processes.
- Organize seminars and programs to sensitize users on SchoolTry.
- Ensure that onboarding targets are met.
- Measure performance and send periodic reports.
REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have:
- A relevant degree.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience in organizing training and seminars.
- People/team management experience.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Local terrain and language knowledge.
- 4 – 5 years experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience managing a team.
