Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy.
• Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
• Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Minerals Processing, Engineering, Geology and any related discipline
• 6 years’ work experience in the Nigerian mining industry
• Successful track record in leading the management of complex minerals processing and mining operations including managing multiple sites simultaneously
