Job Summary

• As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our raw material acquisition, vendor relationships, and product sales processes.
• You will oversee the end-to-end operations to ensure seamless supply chain management, optimize costs, and drive revenue growth.
• This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement of raw materials (PET,PP,PE) including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, to ensure timely and cost-effective supply.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement in quality and delivery performance.
• Optimize raw materialsinventory levels and manage inventory control processes to minimize production delays due to raw material unavailability.
• Develop sales strategies, forecast demand, and oversee Sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities and risks in raw material procurement and product sales.
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to identify opportunities for product optimization and expansion
• Handle conatct with clients.
