Operations Manager at HRLeverage Africa

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Lead Agent.
• Manage complex calendars, current projects, and various project needs.
• Organize internal and external meetings.
• Lead and provide support and follow up on various businesses and special projects.
• Conduct, research and create reports and/or presentations.
• Act as the right hand to the Managing director.
• Assist Lead Agent with prioritizing, strategizing and keeping focused on key tasks and projects.
• Manage various clients and their peculiarities.
• Supervise the maintenance of the organizational system to keep office space clean, tidy and organized.
• Attend to clients and close deals in the absence of the Sales head
• Maintain database for Lead Agent and Team.

Requirements

• Must have a Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Must have 2 - 4 years experience as an operations manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must possess ability to handle challenging situations with different client personalities.
