Operations Manager at Ginos Ventures Limited

Job Description

• Oversee our daily operations.
• Design strategy and set goals for growth for the company.
• Implement policies and processes that will improve productivity and profitability.
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
• Prepare regular reports for the Board of Directors.
• Ensure that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients.
• Working closely with the National Sales Manager and other Heads of Department to improve staff performance.
• Oversee large projects and interpret performance reports.
• Lead your team in excellent Tender/Bids Preparation.

Requirements

• B.Sc / BA in Business or relevant field; having a Master's degree is an added advantage.
• 3 - 4 years experience in a Managerial or Senior Executive position.
• Excellent knowledge of Bids and Tender packaging.
• Experience in planning and budgeting.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Must be over at least 35 years old and above.
