Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Operations Managers to oversee business operations, optimize efficiency, and drive process improvements. The ideal candidates should have strong analytical skills and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, logistics, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations role.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
- Experience in logistics, ride-hailing, or similar industries is a plus.
