Operations Manager

Job Description
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Performother duties as assigned based on experience, skills and business needs.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience.
