Key Responsibilities

• Plan, and implement immersive and engaging brand experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative marketing campaigns.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Manage the experiential marketing vendors.
• Manage and coordinate all field activity including personnel
• Stay abreast with the latest trends in experiential marketing and adapt strategies as required.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on projects
• Recruit and train field teams.

Key Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
• Candidate should have at least 2-5 years of experience working in Experiential marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing activations and events.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Have the ability to understand project needs.
• Have vendor and field staff network.
