Operations Manager at Choice Talents NG

Location: Jibowu, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that every worker follow the SOP
• Overseas the functionality of the entire business
• Partakes in the recruitment and training process
• Presents monthly report of business to Management
• Oversees inventory accuracy and provide feedback
• Settles customer/sales disputes
• Conduct regular meetings with staff on updates and progress
• Monitor and control expenses in line with budget
• Approves customer credits within approved limits
• Reports to the Managing Director
• Other duties as may be assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc from a recognised Nigerian University
• Background in Sciences will be our advantage
• 7 years relative experience
• Willing to work on Saturdays 10am to 3pm
• Accurate reporting and presentation skills
• Good use of Microsoft office suite
• Excellent managerial and customer relationship skills

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
