Operations Manager at Bonzee Consulting

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily operations across production, processing, and logistics activities.
• Ensure all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and industry regulations.
• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with Technical, HSE, and Maintenance teams to ensure optimal plant and equipment uptime.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, highlighting key metrics and issues.
• Support planning and execution of maintenance shutdowns and production start-ups.
• Ensure adequate resource allocation (manpower, equipment, and materials) to meet operational targets.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and contractors to ensure smooth field operations.
