Operations Manager (App Team) at Proten

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for communication with third-party partners and operators.
• Responsible for market research and data collection.
• Communicate to solve all problems of the responsible scenarios.
• Optimize the UI and functions of the scenes in charge.
• Complete the temporary needs of Beijing students.

Job Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
• 2 - 4 years experience in an Application development team.
• Has the capacity to function as a Team Lead.
• Strong mathematical & numeracy skills.
• Strong Excel skill is a must.
• Presentation skills – ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.
• Problem-solving skills.
• A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.

Remuneration

• Basic Pay: N150,000 monthly.
• Performance Bonus: N100,000.
