• We seek an Operations Head to lead the internal systems and logistics for the entire aggregator program.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, logistics, and staff coordination
• Design internal workflows and process improvements
• Oversee operations across all zones and centers.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or Logistics
• 5+ years of operations or logistics management
• Systems-thinking and planning skills
• Experience in multi-location or distributed program management.
