Operations Executive - Marine Logistics at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to coordinate marine logistics operations and ensure efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel, barge, bunker, and offshore logistics operations.
• Manage STS operations, ship clearing, and port agency activities.
• Ensure compliance with IMO, MARPOL, OCIMF, NPA, NIMASA, and NIWA requirements.
• Coordinate clients, vendors, vessel crews, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor operational performance, documentation, and reporting.
• Supervise field teams and third-party service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marine Logistics, Maritime Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in marine/offshore logistics or marine operations.
• Strong knowledge of vessel and barge operations, STS, bunker supply, and port agency services.
• Excellent coordination, communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
